You are granted permission to access and use our site and its content for the purpose of preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services solely through Stocker Prints.
Any content such as templates, graphics, designs or other products offered by Stocker Prints may NOT be resold, redistributed, disassembled, reverse engineered, added to any type of collection or media either online or offline. You may not offer any part of OUR pre or custom designed templates, graphics, designs for download or resale or in any environment whether it be public or private. You may NOT extract images from our website, our templates or graphics to sell or distribute in any manner. You may not claim copyright, or, use as logo any or all part of our website, OUR templates, graphics, designs. Stocker Prints is the copyright owner of any graphic templates, either pre-designed or custom made that are made available from our site, or through other means by Stocker Prints. Stocker Prints cannot claim copyright for any images submitted or uploaded by our users if it's not already copyrighted to Stocker Prints. Any other copyrighted material / copy of copyrighted material made available through us, our products, or our web site at the request, permission, or through submission by it's copyright owner, is copyrighted to it's respective copyright owner.
WE WILL DELETE CUSTOMER UPLOADED IMAGES FROM OUR SERVERS UPON REQUEST.

b) LIMITED USAGE GRANTED
You may use each individual product for personal or business use.

c) MODIFICATIONS
You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our pre designed templates to fit your needs as long as you do it for the purpose of ordering the product from us.

d) UNAUTHORIZED USE
You may not place any graphic templates from our website, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Stocker Prints.
You may not submit or upload copyrighted graphics, images using our website, email, bring in person, or send artworks, photographs or graphics(in any form, material or electronic) to us for the purpose of printing, unless you own the copyright for these images, artwoks, photographs, graphics (in any form, material or electronic) or have permission to submit them for printing.

e) COPYRIGHT
By uploading, emailing,bringing in person, or mailing any images, negatives, files, photographs, artwork or media in any other format, you, the customer, warrant that you have the right to submit these materials for modification or printing. Stocker Prints holds no liability for your failure to secure the appropriate usage rights, or for copyright infringement.

f) OWNERSHIP
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our pre or custom designed templates, graphics, designs, modified or unmodified.
You must ensure that any files you upload or submit toStocker Prints are either non copyrighted or that you're authorized to make those submissions.

g) TRANSFER OF TITLE
You agree for any product: graphics, designs to be provided to you in digital/electronic format, that the delivery shall be deemed to have occurred upon your receiving the product either on a CD, through email, or when we give you a link to download the graphics or designs.

h) INDEMNIFICATION
You agree that you shall indemnify and defend Stocker Prints and all parties from whom Stocker Prints has licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (a) your breach of these Terms of Use or (b) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into our products that was not part of the standard site content. (c) because of your failure to secure the appropriate usage rights from the copyright owner prior to making any copyrighted material(s) available to Stocker Prints in any way, in any form, for any reason (be it for the purpose of incorporating a copyrighted material or a copy of a copyrighted material into any one of our products, our website or for any other reason).

i) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
This site and any products, designs, graphics, templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You acknowledge that operation of this site may not be uninterrupted or error free. References or links to other companies and/or websites may appear on our site in the form of advertisements or links. Stocker Prints is not responsible, in any way, for the content, products and services of those companies or websites.

j) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Stocker Prints or it's judicial person(s), licensors, suppliers, vendors, directors, employees, partners, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages or losses of any kind, or for any damages or losses whatsoever arising from the use or misuse of our site, products, services or other content, regardless whether or not Stocker Prints has been advised of the possibility of damages or losses arising because of technical, electronic or other problems of any kind.

k) FEEDBACK AND COMMENTS
Any comments, suggestions, proposals or other feedback (referred herein as “Feedback”) provided to Stocker Prints in connection with the operation of our site or products, services, designs, or templates shall be provided by the submitter and received by Stocker Prints on a non-confidential basis. All such Feedback and any other information shall become the exclusive property of Stocker Prints. By submitting any such information to us, you agree that you are transferring and assigning, at no charge, all of your right, title and interest in the information, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights. You agree that Stocker Prints shall be free to use such information on unrestricted basis, if we deem that such information may increase the productivity of our website.
